Wall Slides

Wall slides can help your shoulders and upper back to build strength that can help you to combat the typical slumped sitting position. To do wall slides, lean flat against a wall with your feet hip width apart and your arms out to the sides with your elbows bent at a 90 degree angle and the backs of your hands against the wall. Raise your arms above your head, allowing your elbows to straighten. Bring your arms back down to the starting position. Repeat several times.
