A shoulder stretch can help to release tension in your shoulders so that you do not carry it all day after your workout. To do a shoulder stretch, stand with your feet hip width apart and your knees relaxed and slightly bent. Pull your right arm across your chest and bring your left arm up, bending it at the elbow and using it to cradle your right arm. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, and then stretch the other shoulder by bringing the left arm across the chest. Repeat as desired.
