The triceps get sore easily when you work them out hard. Stretching them feels good as well as being beneficial. To do a triceps stretch, either stand or sit in good posture and bring your right arm up next to your head. Let your hand dangle down your back, bending at the elbow. Bring your left hand up and gently push the right elbow. Hold the pose for a few seconds, and then switch sides. Repeat as desired.
