Wrist Curls


To do wrist curls, your will first need a wrist curler. This you can buy, find at the gym, or DIY by just tying a string to a weight plate or dumbbell and attaching the other end to a piece of PVC or a sturdy stick. Slowly bring the plate or dumbbell up by rolling the piece of PVC or stick and allowing the string to wrap around it. When the plate or dumbbell reaches the top, slowly roll it back down. You will feel the burn in your forearms.
