Hammer Curls


Hammer curls are done using dumbbells and are somewhat similar to the motion of the barbell reverse curls. Start by standing in good posture with feet hip width apart. Hold the dumbbells close to the body with your palms facing you. Bring up the dumbbells slowly to shoulder height and back down, using a controlled motion. If the weights feel too light, as with any exercise, increase to heavier.
