To start, sit on the floor and place the foam roller underneath your thighs. Prop yourself up on your hands with your palms down and pointing toward your feet. Straighten your legs completely. Using your arms, roll yourself forward and backward so that the foam roller moves from just under your glutes to just above your calves.
