These 4 Stretches Will Make The Day After Leg Day Suck Less

Seated Static Stretch

seated static stretch

A seated static stretch can help you to stretch out the muscles in your thighs. To start, sit on the floor. Bend one leg to keep the pressure light on that leg and to get it out of the way. Turn the other leg in slightly and lean forward from the hips. Hold the stretch for about 30 seconds and then stretch the other leg. Instead of doing multiple repetitions in a row, do the stretch a few times throughout the day to relieve some of the tension from leg day.
